We welcome you and your child to Iman Academy Child Care Center SE, where we are
committed to meet your child’s educational and developmental needs. We are a licensed
childcare facility and have been in operation for over 27 years.
To complete the Admissions process, the following list of items needs to be submitted
for your child’s file, at least a week prior to your child’s first day at Iman Academy Childcare.
STEP ONE
1) Submit the completed Admission paperwork that can be printed from this link:

3) Copy of Immunization Record
4) A letter of Good Health from a Doctor.

Admission is completed upon approval by the Childcare Admissions office.
