Word Scoop

Students in Grade 1 understand that by repeated, frequent and consistent reading they can become fluent readers. They also know that using expressions and voice tones make reading more fun.

In this video, First Grade students learned to scoop up words and say phrases rather than reading word by word.

We are so proud of them!  Way to go first graders!
